1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

Product Condition

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • The item must include all original labels, tags, invoices, and accessories.

Return Timeframe

  • You must initiate the return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Requests made after this period may not be eligible.

Organic Hub reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

Do not return products without prior approval.


3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Organic Hub is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.


4. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

We will offer one of the following:

    • Defective product

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
